The difference is that doujins Guzma appears can go from lighthearted gag manga to deep story like pic related, while most doujins I have seen Lusamine appear are nsfw. It’s always a treat to get a doujin of pair / character you like because one usually thinks they are the only one to like it if its obscure until it turns out there are others who like it too.
