I think this Lugia is canonically named Silver, but I'm keeping my naming convention of referencing a way better game going. I only needed 3 ultra balls luckily as well. From here on out my team is strong enough to not need Arctica's babysitting services so I'll be putting (level 35) Lucius into the party in her spot.
