My first shiny encounter was in Soul Silver- a Ditto in the SZ. It ran away. I didn't see another shiny until Y, in a horde of Geodude. Of course, it got Magnitude'd. Then one day I was farming for heart scales when a I hooked a shiny Luvdisc. Used False Swipe on it. It used Take Down.

Then, recently I was trying to breed a shitty GTS Piplup with my 4IV Spanish Ditto so the child would get the speed, defense and HP IVs. Just five eggs later, pic related happens. Her IV spread is only xx/xx/xx/31/xx/31, but I don't care. Her name is Olive and I am going to transfer her to all future games.
