I can't see the Diamond Pearl remakes (ideally sequels, but realistically they'll be remakes) including a second region. If we were to get a new Pokemon game with another region included, besides Let's Go Togepi & Pichu or w/e, I think it would involve Kalos.
I do wonder what they'll choose to do when it does come time to cycle back to Unova. I would hope they'd opt for Black 3/White 3 instead of a remake this time given the precedent.
