However in his case, the problem is mostly just the execution. His actual character and the concepts behind his arc are good, but the DLCs are so short that all the events and developments are just blown through like some kind of axebait WSJ manga. They aren't given any time to marinate or be explored.
For example, he goes insane over being lied to by this kid he's known for like two days. Then next DLC, you're given one scene to demonstrate him being a menace to the club. You beat him down twice despite all his training and is wholly rejected by terapagos, yet he just gets over it and gives you his pseudo-confession instead, tossing the implied pecharunt plot. It just isn't very satisfying.
But I'm impressed they managed to make a character I like at all considering the usual quality of the writing, they even did him justice in the animation department. He's a good boy
