>>56425432In my case, I've always just said there are "people" who deserve hate more than you do. Lots, in fact. I know it's not that easy. It's probably some chemical claptrap that makes you hate yourself. It just helps me to hate certain subhumans a lot more.
I actually regret how that's the best "help" I can give for whenever you feel down, but I hope it lets you know that there are people who don't hate you. Quite the opposite, really. The best parts of this board would be diminished without you.
