The most meme’d of the three, from what I can see, the Pride Rock sadly has the worst luck of the draw when it comes to the cOMP scene. Unlike Registeel, his fantastic bulk is let down by poor typing, and unlike Regice (who we’ll get to in a bit) he has no way to shore up his lower defense or more easily fight back. He’s also crippled easier since burn guts his damage, he’s easily walled, and, well, Rock in general is just a poor typing.
Don’t be fooled however, because Regirock has one trick up his sleeve that makes him the ultimate counter to any physical attacker in the game. And that trick is…well, Counter.

At max investment Regirock has a jaw-dropping 548 Defense backed up by an admirable 364 HP. With Counter, Regirock can tank any physical hit in the game and retaliate for twice the damage he took, letting him totally destroy all physical attackers with attacks of their own. Stone Edge is good damage and can help him beat enemies rock types normally handle, such as bugs and fire types, and toxic or thunder wave can cripple the enemy to be more easily handled by himself or the rest of his team.
The rest of his moves depend on what you need, Drain Punch for a little bit of extra staying power, Explosion for one last hurrah or sneaky pebbles to make zards cry. Just keep him healthy and away from special attacks and he’ll serve you good. A Curse set could be used in theory as well, but is better suited to Registeel since he's got a much better typing and sp.def stat.
