>>43323127Not OP, but I skipped nothing and feel like there is a massive chunk of necessary info missing. We only got the 'plot' right before the end of the game and given what we know later Eternatus doesn't even seem like a bad Pokemon.
So...
Why could his plan related to 1000 years not wait another day or three?
Why would releasing Eternatus fix this? If it was providing the info, wouldn't the source be gone now?
If Eternatus was building too much power and needed to be contained, why would owning it be any different?
Doesn't MC owning Eternatus mean the power source is removed?
WHY release Eternatus to bring about another Darkest Day if the end goal is to have the champ catch it when it could have been in a controlled environment with NO NEED to cause a cataclysm?
The fact that nothing post-game addressed this was expected but still a letdown.
