Her team was good though, that was what made it such a shame. She just needs a real personality, in other words, good dialogue. This is what makes me wanna do full dialogue rewrites for romhacks. I dunno if Game Freak's writers and editors are shit or if they just get held back by shareholders or whatever but what they've put out lately is so bland and sub-par.
