I'm sure buying pokemon from a breeder would cost the same as buying a pet from a breeder. its probably affordable enough. I'd ask for a ralts but get a shitty babymon instead.
not going to bother with gym leaders unless its burgh. I'd probably just get a job in the Analytics HQ, because im a Political Science major and that's probably what I'll end up doing in reality anyways.
