>>32331882Speed is just combat agility, as in how quickly the pokemon can react and execute the move the trainer tells them, and this is why some fast pokemon can look sluggish if they can act quickly, or why some dex entries may say a pokemon is quick, but have it be slow in battle since it can't act as fast as it can move (slow speed build up times).
