OP was expressing his disappointment about getting a pokeman from Japan that he didn't have in the English Dex and it not registering in the English Dex, even though he saw/owns it. One way or another you still have to catch all Pokemon to get the Dex.
Why should the different language versions be separated in the Pokemon world?
