Useless pokemon with stats so bad that it is awful even just for beating the story.I like Mienfoo a litle more than Mienshao, both are really cool, that one episode in SM with the Mienshao was pretty good, even though they continued the trend of making it a jobber in the anime, atleast it got an apology at the end and most of the scenes where it was they made it look pretty cool.
And you're right, Delcatty might be one of the most forgotten pokemon, which is weird, because a lot of people love skitty, yet they tend to forget it has an evolution
