Since the Pokémon world is significantly more diverse in terms of personality (presumably to make the world feel more immersive or nuanced) than in the real world, there would be a better than for most people to find a mate, though only if they invested less in the Internet and more in something else, even if it's as simple as training Pokémon, which takes a lot less self-discipline than actually working out but with similar results.
