>>52407446>It also meant that the game looks drastically better. No, no, I mean turning on the 3DS's 3D, not the actual 3D modelling.
Which, yeah, that still looked better for stills, but it did take a noticeable performance tank that distracted from it. Which is a shame since the actual Pokemon models had no business being as detailed as they were (inb4 someone goes "hurr durr look at dis detail (posts Voltorb)", I'm talking about shit like the insane polygon counts that most of the time are wasted).
>Nothing about fairy type is more gamebreaking than dragonsI suspect you didn't play at the time.
The metagame's adapted since then, especially since we got more offensive Steel types than just Aegislash, Lucario, and Mega Mawile, but Fairies were absolutely broken. It was less them hard countering Dragons (which was bullshit since for some reason GF decided to make them completely immune instead of just resisting), and more the fact that the only types that dealt with them were absolutely shit at offense at the time except the two that I mentioned earlier. Think during some of the later VGC formats - you're up against Power Herb Geomancy Xerneas. How are you doing to deal with that? Flash Cannon Dialga? Ha! And the pre-"ubers" VGC wasn't much better since Megas dominated (upon typing, I suddenly remembered my repressed grievances against mega-Kang, which I should have listed).
>[citation needed]Kalos Power Plant you turbonigger.
>If you think game is not hard then you are low-IQ...Seems backwards but ok.
>And yet they were less handholdy than BW.Uh... yeah. Cheren wasn't particularly strong, but they at least tried with him in order to balance out how easy they made Bianca.
>Funny huh?Go back.
>the difference I'm not a dumbfuck who thinks the DS games are better than Gen 3.I have no idea which anon you think I am, but I never made any statement like this. Though I do think that HG/SS were probably some of the greatest in the series.
