If I want to dump art of a specific character or franchise, /h/ wouldn't let me post sfw or fetish stuff. /e/ is dead and wouldn't let me post fetish stuff. /d/ has a massive stick up their ass and won't let me post sfw. That's in addition to the no western art rule. /vp/ isn't perfect but it has the best results.
