Just look at Primarina for example, how does her spirit bomb work? Does it do only 80+ and is thus completely outclassed by Hydro Pump Z or does it have other effects? Like it heal burns or set ups rain?
What about the other two starters? And Snorlax, and Raichu, and Pikachu especially, why would you ever use Pikachu's Z-Move over Light Ball Pikachu?
