Is this an amout thread? Besides the shitty OP image, it sounds like he's just advocating for unambiguous ages for characters. I can agree with that since it curbs aged up fan canon shit at least a little bit.
Though I don't know why those examples he mentions don't count. That flashback shows clearly that Serena and Ash are the same age in the anime or really damn close to it. And I think that sidequest in XY has a character with an established age state that the player character is older than them? I might be getting that last bit confused with something else though.
