Like 1, 9, 10 feel like they were made together. 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8 feel like their own little collection of potential scripts that were on the backburner for who knows how long. 6 feels like a moment where they realized they need to somehow have Latias do more than just watch Ash but can't do a reveal yet while doing a callback to an older episode where Ash and Pikachu got separated. Latias in eps 2-5 and 7-8 feel like a sort of post production thing where they added her.
