" Imagine if Ash had one of these even just in his PC when he fought Tobias in the Sinnoh league with his Latios and Darkrai. And I say "in his PC" because the Pokédex entry DOES NOT say the trainer has to use it. It says "Trainers with Victini," not "Trainers who use Victini." Therefore, before ANY Pokémon League or Gym battle, Trainers' boxes and parties should be checked for this living cheat code.
