I loved how you started your story from the very day you were born, that's very cool. I was confused when you were posting about not being able to do fire moves, but the origin story explains it well now.
The way you describe aura is very well written, and of course it goes without mention that the relationship with old lucario is lovely. I teared up when he died but to my defense I was listening to a PMD music playlist at the same time.
This aura journey feels familiar but I can put my finger on why. Is it dragonball? Did Goku took a similar journey to learn kamehameha? No idea, but I really love that trope.
KFC looks like a really strong character.
