You're great at compacting scene composition and set-up into few words, the pacing is great without anything feeling empty or weird or emotions feeling skipped over. That's not easy to do, and most pokemon fics feel like they're robotically written or overly fucking long.
This is one that for once, feels just right.
Yes, I know it feels like I'm praising the fic too much, but if it keeps like this I could call it one of the "quintessental pokemon fics" as in it hits all the cliches but does right by them all.
