I already expected some shitposts from people if Misty got anything less than a kiss physically, but I care way more about Misty being able to earnestly admit to Ash how she sees him. That’s really all Pokeshipping has ever been about. Gryphon made it sound like it was *just* a generic goodbye, but her being proud of the young man he’s become is exactly the way they should be concluded as two ten year olds parting ways (for now).
Call it cope, I’m honestly happy and nobody can change that.
