Elm's exploration of the guild was really well written, I loved seeing him meet all kinds of guild character. The part where he was overhearing conversations was in the mess hall was neat. A little detail I enjoy is how Elm really loves the guild! Seems like an obvious sentiment but not many characters express they outright enjoy the imageboard autism of the Clover guild.
You also included connected references from other stories which was super cool to read! Like the part in the library about no human RP or Elm adding a smile face to the reviver seed box.
Another cool thing I liked is the mention on how the job board had a wider variety of jobs. I never thought about that but it makes so much sense! Now I want to read a story with a team that takes a job unrelated to dungeon exploration... Lots of fun possibilities. And the part with Gus was awesome, you wrote his character perfectly I think. The conversation at the end coming out of the dungeon was interestingAnd my favorite part?... How you described every single meal! This is some Redwall-tier stuff. I love reading about the food Beast prepares, and I'm happy to know it tastes really good! Makes sense, considering Beast is totally overqualified for the job lmao
