For the sake of argument, lets say dazzling does block prankster and brave bird, and put two scenarios: its either 1. a non-evolving nieche pokemon like sableye used to be, or 2. it evolves into a pokemon with its same ability but increased stats and such.
1. This pokemon will have decent stats, hopefully focusing on defense and special attack, but it wont be anything out of the ordinary. Specs and scarf will probably be a must in order to run this girl, but it can work. It will be an interesting counter to many pokemon like whimsicott, the birb, sableye and such, and if it gets a boosting move maybe a life orb or assault vest variant can be ran with it. Overall, it would become a mandibuzz-esque mega-check to many prominent pokemon in the game.
2. It evolves into a pokemon with more specialized and higher stats. In this case, our best hope can rely on it becoming a lot more like mandibuzz, with heavy emphasis on defenses, above average speed and abismal offenses. It can then work as a utility pokemon, a wall and stall, becoming a lot more usefull in the games overall, and bruxish could become an interesting little pokemon in LC.
