Has anyone ever been able to get a legit Shiny Mew in Generation II? It needs to have the correct DVs (pre-Generation III IVs) for it to be Shiny and it has to be a Generation I Mew since a Generation II event Mew is programmed to never be Shiny. Pic related, I traded it from Japanese Red to Japanese Crystal but it isn't Shiny (I know it won't come up as Shiny in the Pokédex but it isn't Shiny).
