>>40581546I've used both of these. Noivern was good once evoled, but my god it is near useless as Noibat. I used it with the eviolite you get early on which alleviates the fact that it gets ko by a small breeze. Dragalge, is also frustrating until evolved, but not as much due to skrelp having a good typing. I really liked using it.
Of course, it was ev trained, had max ivs, and adaptability, but that's not the point.
