So, uh, why isn't Fairy weak to Fire anyway? Fire already resists Fairy attacks and Fairy should be weak to it because of something related to fire purging the unnatural and mystical, kinda like you would burn witches at the stake honestly.

There has to be some obscure reason, like why bug is resisted by fairy. But keep in mind if they did this, fire would have the same offensive power as ground and fighting, and more defensive power than posion. It would become if not the best, at least top 3 types.

Also, many types resist others but arent supereffective, like water and ice, and bug and fighting, and ghost and posion

Fire is already a good attacking type, but I wouldn't deny that fairy probably deserves an extra defensive weakness

If anything, Fairy should be weak to Bug. And probably neutral to Dark since everything can get cortupted. But I'm probably tampering to much so let's just stick to bugs ._.
