Ok I think I know what's up, whenever I fish on the Swimmer's head, THAT shows up. it also does the shiny animation.
I need to test this theory some more, it doesn't seem to have any lasting effects if I simply run from it.
Should I make a savestate and see what happens when I attack it and/or catch it?
