I reason that the Gardevoirs we see in-game and in the pokedex are generic Gardevoirs. Like animals, I'm sure they vary in size, shape, and weight. Males could be slightly more bulky where as females could have small breast.
The second I see DDD titties on a Gardevoir though, I rage.
