I almost even ran out of pokeballs because this one just kept constantly attacking, and after catching it turns out it ended up having shit IVs anyway. It was so satisfying grinding that little fucker up into candy. Got my haul of 10 today but only 6 of them got double candy. I'm only at 90 candies and I didn't get a chance to complete the Meltan quest while spawns were helpful for it due to being so busy this month with work and prepping for Thanksgiving. This sucks.
>>37127749400 candy road to Melmetal in Pokemon Go. No other way to evolve Meltan, that's it's gimmick; can't evolve it in Let's Go. You get a box with a timer that only opens once every week if you transfer 1 pokemon from Go to Let's Go. After opening it, you only get 30 minutes to spawn anywhere between 7 to 10 Meltans to catch. Then the box closes again and you have to wait another week to do it all over again.
Additionally, normally you can walk for candies depending on the pokemon but Meltan in particular requires 20km of walking just for 1 damn candy. Absolute worst evolving mythic gimmick ever. Most people who have a Melmetal at this point are hackers.
