There Evangeline (Eva for short) would find an Altarianite, allowing Raphael, her treasured Altaria to Mega-Evolve.
During battles, Evangeline will often laugh hysterically. Whether this is a genuine outburst or to throw off her opponent, neither she nor Vos will say.
Trainer Tips:
Evangeline's team may seem menacing at first, but is vulnerable to the iron grit of Steel types. Pokémon like Skarmory (available in Victory Road) are a great option to send her Fairies packing with super-effective Steel-Type attacks.
