I get being excited, but you faggots may want to temper your expectations. First, a mod of this scale and detail is gonna need a whole ass group to get done. Scires is just doing the groundwork of figuring out tools and transfer techniques. He himself is saying that he doesn't think he could/should handle the gruntwork of everything else involved here.

Need a team of dedicated autists (which shouldn't be hard considering Pokemon) to handle:
Visuals
>Updating the texture maps (S/S now has specular and normal maps for the mon on top of just upscaling the color maps)
>Filling in the animation gaps that are causing the game to softlock currently (honestly, they probably could skip this as long as they set up at least some single frame to take the animation's place but it'd look bad)
>Maybe some model adjustments since fuck it if we're going this hard may as well go all the way
Gameplay
>Seeing if culled abilities will even function right (if not we'd need to replace them with existing ones I suppose)
>Figure out all the balancing shit (what new moves to give, stat changes, any ability changes, etc) and implementing them while making sure nothing breaks.
>Deciding where to put all these new mon (hopefully we can actually add spawns to zones using these new entries)
Testing
>Making sure all of the above goes right without crashing the game every few minutes
>Ensuring that this shit can survive any patches/updates GF may put out (and yes, even though they're not known to do it they MAY do patches, apparently there's a move no Pokemon can learn in the data, so it's possible they're gonna patch in a mythical or something)

All of that x478. Also we don't know yet how hard it'll be to transfer the 3DS data format to the Switch Data format used in LGPE and S/S.
Shit will take time.

Like, Feraligatr is very humanoid, so much so that his second form straight up has a "clothing" design, but you don't count it as anthro cause it's still got a big fat gater face or because it doesn't have thin legs?
Then you count Blaziken, but not Sceptile when they both are clearly monsters with humanoid shapes. Hell, even Swampert kinda does but it's more hunched so it's not super obvious.

They all have some amount of humanization outside of like Venusaur, Meganium and Torterra.

Typing "Kuririn" instead of Krillin is dumb. His name is Krillin, the Japanese just don't pronounce Ls the same way. It'd be like saying "Arisu" when someone is clearly meant to be called "Alice"
Calling 18 "18-gou" is more retarded. The -gou part is literally just a factor of how japanese deal with counting things. If you're gonna type her name in english and don't wanna say "Android 18" then 18 is the proper way to do it. If you really had to say the whole thing, then just type it fully as "Jyuhachigo".

Not really. They've held a solid 16 million average since 2002 for the mainline new generation titles.
Third highest of them behind the huge swell of RB and GS is DP, and that is most likely due to the DS having such great sales.
Since the Switch sold well, they're gonna easily hit the 16 million mark and probably get closer to 18 million like DP did.

There's an additional problem to that one.
They already clearly have a spot on Pokemon to set where beam moves like Hydro Pump should start.
The problem is that Blastoise would need to have TWO spots that the beam comes from. Because of this, Blastoise would need a special case on every beam type move it can learn that would duplicate the attack effect and set the start points to the two canons.
The alternative to this to not have to make exceptions for one pokemon is to either have the beam start position be one of the canons, or for it to be it's mouth/center point. The latter is more consistent with other pokemon so they just do that one.

The outer towns/cities have generic stadiums. Those are the 5 that look alike on the map.
But the 3 big cities of the map (the red city, dragon fortress & London) all probably have unique gyms.

The whole point of gyms is that they're located in major cities/towns, especially here where gym battles are a huge industry. Do you honestly think the three biggest cities on the map wouldn't have gyms?
