A. They were introduced as their Therian forms to begin with to represent the 4 chinese legends.
B. If it was just Tornadus and Thundurus as the creators originally intended.
Latios and Latias gets away with the copypaste designs because they're a duo. Design subjectivity aside.
Still, I like Tornadus.

I disagree to an extent. Woobat, Rogganrola line, Timburr line and Pansage line are fine. I will this:
Woobat needs a better evo.
Landorus should be cut since the genies were supposed to be a duo based on Japanese Gods of Wind and Thunder.
Leave Simipour as a gender difference.
Change the evo method for Gigalith and Conkeldurr.
