Of course /vp/ is pretty shit with its own bitching, and gen wars here are worse than any other place, but the benefit is that being an anon means you don't have to tell anyone who you are, or join in and can't delete your account after that. Here, you just get dismissed as a faggot and move on. If your spread your name on other places, chances are if people dislike you for trivial preferences, they twists non truths and hope to demonize you. I've seen this all too often on most Pokemon forums, to the point where it stopped being about, well, Pokemon. I'm just glad there's a board here where you can actually focus on one thing, instead of having Off-topic subforums or some shit
