Let's face it, Let's Go Johto will be a thing. EVen if the next games are DP remakes (which I don't believe they are) Let's Go Johto will happen eventually.
Why? because if the current trend continues, both DP and BW will eventually get remakes in the future, which means that all of the regions will be expressed in 3D except for Johto.
Being that they already made Gold and Silver remakes, the only logical conclusion is that they will eventually release a Let's Go Johto. It's the only way we'll see that region in 3D.
