>>54469953Ice/Dragon is an atrocious type defensively. Sure, it doesn't /need/ to Tera, but it's deceptively frail unless it does. Eating SE from Fighting, Fairy, Steel, Rock, and Dragon is really nasty right now. Garchomp only really has to worry about Ice, Dragon, and Fairy, and the only Ice Pokemon is Baxcalibur itself.
Fire and Rock coverage is also underrated. The only things that resist Fire and Dragon in the current meta are Heatran (Flash Fire) and Azumarill. Earthquake shits on the Hell Frog, and at +2 it OHKOs the standard 252 HP/252 Attack Azumarill.

It doesn't need to Tera to be good, but it can run it as a tech to dodge Burn as well.
