Z-Power Rings new function revealed, Z-Burst, Pokemon with signature Z-moves get a burst form, only the Z-moves new to Ultra Sun and Moon work. They need to have Max Affection in Refresh, and touch a special shrine. The Kommo-o in the video hadn't done this, hence why it didn't happen. Only one Pokemon can burst per battle, and if they faint, you lose the whole battle. They can't be switched out, either.
Kommo-o gets armor wrapped around it, and metalic claws, gains the Ability Pink Guard, Psychic and Fairy moves power is halved. Special Attack is increased a large amount, and defense and special defense are moderately. Speed is decreased however. Next they show Slivally's new Z-move:Madening Malicous Maker, strikes a ray on the opponent that decreases all of the opponents stats by 2 stages. Always hits, even through protect or crafty shield. Silvally has it's whole body become like it's head, unleashing full power. The axe is sharper, and it becomes typeless. Ability is Nullification, immune to all statuses, critical hits, and priority moves. It's attacking stats are doubled, speed is 1.5x better, but defenses are halved.
