My money is on the two missing ones being
>Somewhere in the middle building of the dragon fortress (maybe in that crown, maybe in the base)>The first building you see in London. it has the same circular symbol as the other gyms, but it's hard to tell cause it's white/grey.Having the first thing you see in London be the final gym, with Victory Road and the E4 looming behind it would be pretty neat.
But then the Rose stadium is still a mystery. Maybe that's the E4 instead, or maybe it's a post-game facility.
