>>43212812>NoivernIt'd be the third fastest thing in the game (Jolteon and Aerodactyl being tied for first) which is nice, especially with Gen 1's crit mechanics, but Dragon/Flying is an awful typing for Gen 1. Neither of them have any worthwhile moves, so Noivern would effectively have no STAB. While it has good special attack for gen 1, its usable special movepool consists solely of Flamethrower and Psychic, which leaves it walled by Slowbro and Starmie and open to getting KO'd by their Ice coverage.
It's bulk is pretty good for Gen 1 at least, but Dragon/Flying isn't great defensively and it lacks any status or support moves to really make use of that bulk, the best it can do is try to set up with Agility. Overall I don't think it'd be viable in OU, but maybe it could do some good in UU.
