And I'll repost my question in terms of a plot, or at least epilogue here again for the new thread:
Say we all end up isekai'd in the PMD world, and as these things go we're there for a purpose, say to defeat some big monster mon throwing a hissy fit and trying to destroy the world again or something.
And we all, naturally, succeed in stopping him.
Now we are all given a choice, individually. To return home lest our presence cause an imbalance and even possibly endanger the world again
Or lose your human memories and stay forever stuck as a pokemon in the pokemon world, remembering only the times you had here and the friends you have here?
I'd probably stay myself to be honest. I don't really have a whole lot going for me in life irl, but that's obviously not the case for everyone, and I'm curious as to what people's thoughts on the matter would be. Even moreso if there was a chance for something like what GTI did, where it offers the capability to freely travel between the worlds, but this was only found out after the decision was made? And would you try to find some way to restore the memories of the anons that had chosen to stay a pokemon?I'm curious to hear the thoughts of those that haven't responded to this yet, as well as if anyone has any further ideas on the matter than what was discussed last thread. I'm no writefag, but maybe we can get something built up collectively as a sort of framework or something.
