Chatot is the best character in Explorers of Sky. He's the only guy at the guild that's sane, isn't afraid to crack a joke at times if you find loot from a Treasure Bottle mission, he asks for the guild's share only to say "haha gotcha", and is even supportive during the Manaphy subplot.
People shit on him a lot for Apple Woods, when really he's just the unfortunate middle management for Wigglytuff.
