Her stat spread is all at even levels, with advantages in the specials and speed, meaning she can back up her great design with an at least passable offense and defense.
Plus, she's magical! I've always liked ghosts, but magic has sort of been this low key lore thing in Pokemon for a while. Only she and Delphox have access to Mystical Fire.
Really, she's perfect in just about every way. Look at that hat. Gimmie that hat!
