A similar case to USUM. ORAS ruins a lot of the vibe RS was going for, interrupts you more often, forces a shitty romantic plot with your rival, cucks us out of the Battle Frontier. But at the same time the QoL improvements and extra content make me rate it higher than the originals. For all its faults, ORAS is probably the only remake that actually modernizes and brings the original games up to the current standards - even HGSS were a lot more reserved in their approach.
