Anyways, if there really is a sequel, Greninja is obviously gonna be the cover boy. Your list of improvements is also great, but you forgot to mention the most obvious one: Tag Teams, which would work wonderfully for combo extensions and deeper gameplay. Also, a minor gripe that i have (just a personal irk, no need to actually address it) is with the artstyle. I really dislike the "coated in vaseline" look most pokemon have. I would prefer a more dynamic and expressive pseudo cel-shading look with rough edges to help it stand out more. There's a lot of potential for a sequel, but the real question is if a sequel will actually happen. I personally think that if they add most of the necessary improvements seen in this thread, it could be a breakthrough success, but only time will tell.
