>Give Ice types better coverageCan't stress this enough. Most Ice types learn what, Ice Beam, Shadow Ball.. Hyper Beam, sometimes Flash Cannon unless they're dual typed and fit in a specific egg group? That's awful. Slap in some shit like Earthquake, Thunderbolt, Knock Off, etc.
>Give them better abilitiesMost Ice types have shit like Ice Body, Snow Warning, and etc that only give them options for being in the Hail weather condition. Take that away from them and quite a few are basically fucked.
>Boost HailOutside of giving Blizzard 100% Accuracy, it's not doing much. Since Ice is better suited for being a glass cannon sweeper, have Hail boost the speed of all Ice types by +1.
>Stop making defensive Ice typesSeriously, fuck off GF. Pull about 20 or 30 points from defenses and invest them in Speed or Offenses.
