in the top right is the alchemy circle that can be found in Area Zero
the bottom right one can be found on the whiteboards in the right. If it's not exactly that , it's very similar, I can't remember off the top of my head.
The bottom left looks like the device you put the book into, inside the Area Zero lab.
These being on the book is understandable, but why are they on the school diploma?
