He was a part of the villain organization of the game (Schwarzschild), until his trainer abandoned him in a hospital and he ended up joining up with our group to get revenge. He's basically what happens when Shadow the Hedgehog meets a Weavile, he's your sort of edgy campy stereotype, but he's got a soft side to him and has been having a blast with the party (He told us this is easily the best time he's had in his life).
He's technically not 'owned' by anyone yet, so he's still a Free Agent for now, he has his own pokeball which we got back from his trainer after finding him. We don't know what he plans on doing post game.
All I know is Brent did give him his own room in his house which he's free to come and go as he pleases.
