User encourages its target to disobey orders. If it lands successfully, the target is afflicted with the "Defiant" status effect, and will not respond to any commands except for switching out or running away for 2 to 5 turns. The only way to clear this is to switch out the affected Pokemon and then switch them back in.
Accuracy depends on a Pokemon's Friendship level. Under 50, it has an 80% chance of working. Under 200 but equal or over 50, it has a 50% chance. Equal or over 200, it has a 25% chance. If Friendship is maxed out, then the move will always fail.
