Applies a bind effect that drains 1/16 of the target's health each turn for 4-5 turns after the initial hit. If used against a pokemon that has leech seed applied to it, accuracy check is bypassed and base power of the move is doubled before STAB is applied, and instead of applying a bind effect, the effect of leech seed is removed and half of the damage dealt is recovered to the user of the move. In the event that the enemy is already bound by this move, leech seed will not have no affect on the target until the move functions normally once the bind wears off. Binding Band increases the drain from Draining Vines to 1/10 of the target's health each turn for 4-5 turns, but has no effect on how the move affects seeded targets. Draining Vines can affect grass types, but there will be no recovery effect. If either the user of Draining Vines or a target under the effect of the multiturn drain switch out, the binding effect is cancelled out, but baton pass will still carry over the remaining turns of the bind.

This sounded a lot less complicated/broken in my head

Variable accuracy

User encourages its target to disobey orders. If it lands successfully, the target is afflicted with the "Defiant" status effect, and will not respond to any commands except for switching out or running away for 2 to 5 turns. The only way to clear this is to switch out the affected Pokemon and then switch them back in.

Accuracy depends on a Pokemon's Friendship level. Under 50, it has an 80% chance of working. Under 200 but equal or over 50, it has a 50% chance. Equal or over 200, it has a 25% chance. If Friendship is maxed out, then the move will always fail.

Can target opponents or allies, cannot self-taught.

Causes target to immediately evolve to its next stage, including any potential Mega evolutions. As a result, the target becomes exhausted; it loses half of its maximum HP, and its ATK, SP. ATK, and SPD are lowered by 2 stages for the next 2 turns.

Pokemon who are hit with Evobeam but do not Mega Evolve as a result remain in their evolved state until the battle is over, when they revert back to their initial form. Once these Pokemon are successfully hit with Evobeam, they cannot be hit with it again for the duration of the battle. Furthermore, if a Pokemon cannot evolve anymore and cannot Mega Evolve, then Evobeam will have no effect.

If a Pokemon undergoes Mega Evolution as a result of being hit with Evobeam, then it can return to its initial form by switching out of battle and then switching it back in. However, this will render that Pokemon susceptible to the effects of Evobeam again.

Previously unseen evolutions and Mega Evolutions that result from using Evobeam will be recorded in the Pokédex after the battle is finished.

Basically works like Focus Punch where you rear back with priority, but if you get hit out of it it fails, but much stronger and more rewarding.

If used by Teddiursa, Spinda, Cubchoo, Pancham, or Stufful, it charms the target with a cute dance that lowers ATK and SP. ATK by one stage each.

If used by Ursarang, Nearctic, Pangoro, or Bewear, it scares the target away, making wild Pokemon flee and trainers' Pokemon switch out.

Basically it takes all of the EVs assigned to stats and redistributes them. Like, against something with 252 EVs in Attack and Speed and 4 in HP, two random stats would receive the 252 EVs and one random stat would receive the 4 EVs. If HP is re-calculated this way, it is able to knock out the target if their HP ends up 0. These stat changes go back to normal upon switching out, but cannot be "restored" to normal with moves like Haze and Clear Smog.

Typhoon

A furious storm is summoned onto the field for 8 turns. A weather condition that has the following properties

The move's success rate depends on the user's Friendship level; Below 50 the move will always fail, 50-199 there's a 50% chance of success, and above 200 there is a 75% chance of success. Furthermore, if successfully pulled off, the user and all allied Pokemon on the field will gain 5 Friendship points. The move can only be successfully used once in battle.

I do like the idea of Mega Launcher making it hit 3 times though, and it would still be the appropriate amount of damage boost.
